The current structure was built at the beginning of the 18th century and modified until the early decades of 1800s. The architecture does not show any special features.
The facade, facing north-west, has a great portal surmounted by a broken tympanum, at the center of which a rectangular glass window representing the three Saints brothers is placed. At the top, the prospectus closes with a large triangular gable. Two pinnacles are at the sides, an iron cross is at the center. A small sacristy and a small loggia bell are on the right.
The church is rectangular and ends with a semicircular apse that houses the main altar and the 16th century wooden statues of Saints Alfio, Filadelfo and Cirino.
The barrel vault is decorated with simple stucco representingt geometric patterns. The arch leading into the presbytery is decorated with a cartouche with a Latin inscription indicating the place as a "Source of Blood," referring to the martyrdom of the three brothers. The four lateral altars house four paintings from the 17th century.
The first canvas, from the right, representes St. Neofito, first bishop of Lentini, together with Saint Cleonico and Saint Stratònico. The second one is of St. Mary of Grace and the third represents a Crucifixion.
The last canvas, entering from the left, represents the martyrdom of the three Saints on May 10th, 253 AD.
Alfio who was the eldest, had his tongue torn off because he was too intent on preaching and affirming the christian faith; Filadelfo, the second brother, was burned on a hot grill; Cirino, the youngest, was immersed in a hot pitch boiler.
